Having troubles finding Live Communications Server newsgroups.

Shaun

Maybe someone can help me out for a question. I read a month or 2 ago that
microsoft is working with yahoo & aol to make a new / updated Live
Communications Server that not only supports Messenger clients, but will also
work with Yahoo & AIM clients. Has there been any more updates for this
server, like when a beta might be released for testing, etc.

I'm anxious for this server to come out because currently with Live
Communications server 2003, only people within your intranet can connect to
the server with Windows Messenger 5.0... and with this new server, anyone can
connect to it whether they are within the intranet or connecting from
somewhere over the internet.

Hi Shaun,

MS hosts two MS Office Live Communications Server (LCS) newsgroups
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.livecomm.general
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.livecomm.developer

You can also access them as browser based discussion groups
through the link on the Office Discussion Groups page
