HDD replacement using 2 licences?

Hello,

I have just replaced my HDD on my laptop, which had Office on previously,
and reinstalled office on the new HDD. Since it has been installed twice, on
two different hard disks, does this use two licences? or just 1 because it is
on the same machine?

I'm using Office 2007 Pro (Academic use only copy).

You still have the same licence, on the same PC, install & activate, use
phone activation if online fails
