Header and Footer does not display in page layout mode

Since upgrading to Office 2004 for Mac OS X, our users are
no longer able to view their header/footers in page layout
mode, but are able to view them in print preview mode.

Any ideas ?

I not sure if this has anything to do with it, but it may
be the fact that they have an image in the header (company
logo).

Can they see the header/footer, but it's blank? Or do the header/footer not
show up at all, meaning the text starts at the top of the screen window?

See if any of the checkboxes under "Show" in the View tab of the
Word>Preferences menu make a difference.
