Header and Footer Problems

Jody

After adding a header in the Print Settings dialog, I get
the below error when I try to preview the form. In
addition, I am unable to remove the header after I add
it. The only way out is to exit form design without
saving the header (assuming that the form was not saved
with the header in place).

Also, my footer simply does not display when I print.

I'm using SP1. Is this possibly a known bug? Help.

Thank you. I figured out how to get rid of the header.
But that still doesn't solve my original problem in which
I get an error when I try to add a header. Also, the
footer never displays.

Do you have any idea why this is happening?

The answer to removing the header is to replace it with a
SPACE instead of just deleting it.
