header and footer to appear on all sheets within the workbook

I’m working with an 18 tab excel workbook and need the header and footer to
appear on all sheets within the workbook. Is there a way?

Select any sheet then right-click on sheet tab and "select all sheets".

Set up your header/footer on the active sheet and will be done to all sheets.

DO NOT forget to right-click and "ungroup" when complete.
