Header and Footer

Hi. I am attempting to put a header and a footer on the same word document.
When I go to print preview both the header and footer can be seen. However,
when I print the doc. only the header prints. What am I doing incorrectly?

Not an Outlook problem - please repost to a Word group, probably
Microsoft.public.word.newusers would be a good place to start.
