Header and footer

Can anyone tell me how to turn off printing the footer in ON?

I know I can delete the page title but it seems the footer (seems to be the
section name and a page nubmer) still prints.

Menu: File-Print Preview
In Footer drop list: select None

Not sure how to make this the default behaviour.
