Header and footer

Hi,

I have a form that concists of three parts, a header with deliverer
information, a footer with information about who has filled out the form and
in the middle a repeating table. When I print this form I would like to have
the header and footer on every page of the print out and no more of the
repeating table than fits between the header and footer.
Is this possible to do?

No, I'm sorry to say.
No one seems to know what to do since no one has answered my question.
How about you? Have you found a solution yet?

Nope. My guess is that the next release will have much more print control.
At least I hope...
