That depends on when you type the footer. You should save the document
within five minutes of creating it and then every 5-15 minutes thereafter
(based on how much work you are willing to do over if necessary).
I think what you're asking is how this affects a "Filename and path" entry
in the footer. It doesn't matter. If you insert this field before the
document is saved, it will show "Document1" until you save and will then
have the correct file path.
