Header Drop downs

I'm running office 98 through classic on a E-Mac and I lost my excel
and word drop downs in both application. Any advise on how to get them
back.
I rebuilt the OS9 desktop, yet no luck.

Did you lose the File, Edit, etc menus? I didn't realize that happened in
Office 98, but see here if that's the case (if it's not, explain what you
mean by Header drop downs, which makes no sense to me--if you meant there is
no Word menu in Word 98, there isn't supposed to be--just apple, then File,
Edit, etc on the menubar--the [ApplicationName] menu is an OS X innovation)

Pretty much the same troubleshooting tips should apply to Office 98, with
only minor changes. The Excel prefs will be in the same location as the Word
prefs.
