Header/Footer does not add correct information

i have office XP installed on an XP machine. The pc is on
a network with a domain. I have users setup to access
this pc. I am having a problem with on user. She canot
get the Header or Footer to apply the information. It is
the generic wording that gets added. All my other users
have no problem adding things. This is what it looks like
for the user who is having problems.

The other users have their name and date in the fields. I
have uninstalled the product twice. I think it has
something to do with the users profile locally on the
machine involved. Do I need to gointo the registry and
change something?

Nope. Just press Alt + F9 to toggle off the view of Field Codes. :)
