Header/Footer - predefined text fields

I would like to place my company name on the Footer of the
visio, but the use of '&' keeps replacing the '&' in the
name of the company with the numeric time (which is
predefined in the Footer formulas. How can I stop this
formula (&) from changing my inputted text in the footer
field from changing it to the 'numeric time' Thank you
