When using the feature Send To -> Mail Recipient, some peoples messages come
with the header/footer info attached in a file called header.htm. Due to
confidentially practices, we cannot have this. I know that using Send to ->
Mail Recipient (as attachment) will prevent this from happening, but in that
case, the header and footer is also clearly visible, so unacceptable, as
well, and Word attachments interfere with our proprietary software.
Is there any fix to this? I personally am using Word 2002 and Outlook 2002
and my e-mails do not include the header.htm. I know one person uses Word
2000 and Outlook Express and she does have it. There are about a dozen
people needing to correct this, though... Any ideas?
Thanks!
