Header in email not printing

We have an Outlook 2003 user that when he prints his sent items they do not
print the Subject: To: and From: information. Also when trying to print an
email before it's sent also does not print the header information. Any ideas
how to get the information to print? The user does not have IE7 and have
tried using plain text as well. This problem has been occurring way before
IE7 came out. Thank you.
