Recently when I started printing out my messages, the header information (to,
from, date, etc) stopped printing. It isn't happening consistently, and
occurs when I print both SENT and RECEIVED messages. The message just prints
starting with the first line of text. The only thing I've done new recently
is upgrade to Internet Explorer 7. Otherwise, I have not done anything to my
Outlook / Office 2003 Settings. Any suggestions?
