header on cover page

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone could explain how I could keep my headers, but separate from my cover page, since it seems to keep overlapping. Is it possible to fix? Thanks.

Hello Juliana -

When active in the Header/Footer the Formatting Palette contains a checkbox
for "Different First Page". Tick the box to start your headers & footers on
the second page.
