Header On first Page Only

Hi,

I've been struggling trying to get my letterhead to appear in the top header
of the first page only of a document, with page numbers then starting with 2
on the second page and no page number on page 1.

I thought I could do it with one or another section breaks but I cannot get
it to work.

Any suggestions?
