header question

This is really a two part question.

I'd like to have a header on each page of a printout such that the words
in the header are in line with the columns below. It doesn't seem
possible to edit the header to make this a reality.

So, part two. Can I insert a row with column headings every x number of
lines, one for each page? Formula? vba?

If I can print this to a pdf it would let me publish the file online.

Not really a question, but you're right.

Sure. Say your header row is row 1. Choose File/Page Setup/Sheet and
enter

1:1

in the "Rows to repeat at top" input box.
If I can print this to a pdf it would let me publish the file online.

Or you could save it as a web page if you wanted...

That's PERFECT. You're my hero!

Thanks once again
