Header text the same for all pages?!

Mike Leahy - Bookup

I added another page to the top level navigation and now all the pages on the
entire site are using the same title in the top shared border!

Before I added this page, each page had its own unique title.

What happened? How can I get it back to having each page put its title text
in the top shared border?
