Header when printing, is a problem.

I've finally convinced my father to get a tablet, Chris... But playing with
onenote, everything that is printed has the Header on it. I know I can
change the printing settings (only in print preview) to print the header on
a seperate page. But still wasting a page of paper.
How can we remove the header in the print all together?

Figured out on my own. Just uncheck show headers, and they also won't print.
I think an option needs to be in order when something like this is
available.
