I cannot get To:, From:, cc:, and Subject: to print on any e-mail messages
that I reply to. Very irritating when i print out the message after it is
sent and there is nothing on the top of the page to tell me who the message
was sent to, whether it was c.c.'d, from whose mailbox it came (we have 6 or
seven different accounts through this one computer), and even the Subject.
Basically the message starts with the text of the message itself. This is
the way my draft messages print, so these sent messages just look like drafts.
