Headers and footers off, yet Row 3 prints at top of every page

I am trying to print an index; on one tab of my workbook, Row 3 prints at the
top of each page! It only does it for one tab, and I have headers/footers
turned off...
If anyone has any clue as to how to make this stop, I would be grateful!

Have a look at the page set uo. Look at the Sheet tab and see if there are
any rows in the Rows to repeat box. It might say $3:$3. Delete it if it
does and this should resolve your problem.
