Headers and footers

I would like to automatically install a path in the footer of excel 2000 and
also in word on my copy of my project.
ie:\c"\my program\test\
I cannot find the icon to do this in "custom header and footer".

In Excel, in either Custom Header or Custom Footer, opens a box to enter
Left, Centre or Right section. That box contains tool buttons, the 6th from
the left (on my XP version) is a folder. Clicking that gives you path and
file for the workbook. The 8th button from the left which looks like a
tabbed sheet, gives you the worksheeet name.

In Word, select Header & Footer from the View menu. You now have an area
highlighted in which to put in a header and also a toolbar opens. Click the
down arrow to right of Insert Auto Text and select Filename & Path from the
dropdown box
