Add an area to add custom headers and footers. The areas like excel has
where you can add custom text or add a few predefind functions.

There are several options under File | Print Preview where you can change
some of the information that appears on the page header/footer. If you
need additional text on the printed page header, you can add that to the
page header as you normally would.

Granted, there is not the wealth of options that the more mature Office
programs have, but the basic features do exist in OneNote.
