Headers & Footer

I am need to set up a header and footer to appear on every other page as i
have a 4 page document that will be duplex printed.

Can anyone advise if this is possible and how.

Enable "Different odd and even" for headers and footers, and use the Odd
Page Header or Even Page Header as appropriate.
