Headers going missing

Is there a way that pst files can lose their headings? Can it be restored to
x number of lines plus headings without doing each file separately?

The customer told me over the phone. It was the usual case of telling me one
thing and meaning the other. i think she just wants 2000 back because she
can't get used to the changes.
