Headers on first page only (existing header)

Hello all, first time caller here.

I have found help here to set up a new document for first page only
header.

My problem is setting up an exisitng letterhead with header and footer.
I have played around trying the suggestions in the help file but
whenever I type into the second page the header and footer continues.

My difficulty is inserting the section break and the type I think.

Could some kind person step by step me through the procedure.
