Aurura,

The only option for three different headers in a single
section document is Different First Page and Different
Odd/Even. Meaning in your 40 page document you could have
a unique header on page 1, a unigue header on odd numbered
pages excluding page 1, and a unique header on even
numbered pages. Anything else will require the addition
of one or more sections.
