How do you create a headers to received certain
information from page 1 of a 20 page document? (Ex. Name
and SS# must be on each page. This information comes from
page 1.)

Hi, Steven,

Bookmark the information on page 1, and place REF fields in the header that
refer to the bookmark names. This is covered in the help topic on REF
fields.
