Heading of document does not print in Word 2007

Hi All

I have a template that I use to generate invoices. When I save my document
and send it to print , the Heading does not print, even though it shows in
Print Preview.

I have tried the following:

1. Changed print driver

2. Save the document in pdf format and see if the header prints

3. Repaired office

4. Cut and paste into another blank document.

The header is not hidden.

I have been unsuccessful in the above attempts. Any help given will be
greatly appreciated.
