Heading shading reflected back before a page-break

You can prevent the shading this way:
Remove the manual page break and apply “Page break before†to your NECA
Heading 1 style (via Modify Style > Format > Paragraph > Line and Page Breaks
tab) - or, if only some of the NECA Heading 1 paragraphs need to start on a
new page, apply the setting locally to those paragraphs only.

In general, it is better to use “Page break before†than inserting manual
page breaks. For example, manual page breaks may also result in empty pages
in a document.
