I have encountered a problem and hope i can adequately explain it. On
occasion, when printing an e-mail, the "heading" is missing. On MOST
e-mails, my name "SUE E. SMITH" appears at the top, with a vertical line
underneath, similar to below:
SUE E. SMITH

This same header appears for e-mails in my in-box or sent mail items with,
of course, the from/sent showing different persons as appropriate.
On occasion, and I don't know why, when I print out the message, there is no
header at all. I would like the header because it has the pertinent
information that I want in my printed copy -- to/fromt/date and time. When
it is missing the header, all I get is the text of the message.
That's my question. Why is the header missing? How can I change it so
every message prints the header.
Thanks for any help you can provide.
