Headings in a table

I have a table with fillinfields. The template is locked.
Row one is headings. I want to show helptext for the headings.
I can't access them because they are locked.
I know there is no onmousewheel in word but is there a way doing something
like that?

This might work:
Enable the Forms toolbar.
Click on the padlock icon to unlock the form.
Edit away
Be sure to relock the form before saving it.

Thank you but the problem is how the user can see the helptext for a cell
when they can´t access it.
