I recently change my primary email address with ATT and found the
ATT/Yahoo Spam Guard was putting messages addressed to me
as well as some other good messages in the Yahoo web mail Bulk mail
folder and and they could not be popped by Entourage. Only items
in the Inbox can be popped by programs like Entourage.
I went round and round with ATT and Yahoo on why the web mail Not Spam
button was not working and why valid message from Yahoo were going
to Bulk mail. I will spare you all of the details.
The bottom line is the ATT/Yahoo web mail is not compatible with Apple's
Safari. ATT is aware of the issue and has been working on a fix. The
very simple workaround was for me to use Firefox to access the web mail.
I did and the Not SPAM button worked.
If you use ATT DSL for email, I suggest you use Firefox to check your
Bulk Mail folder and use the Not Spam button on good stuff that may be
trapped.
