Hello, I am an Emergency Planner for a health department.
We have a need to create contact lists of physicians,
hospitals, fire departments, etc.. that we can send faxes
and emails. We are trying to do this using OUTLOOK but
seem to be having trouble sharing the folder and contact
lists. We have given each other (there are 3 of us
working on this project) the appropriate permissions
(owner)to create and manage these files but still don't
have the same folders showing up on all the computers. We
are connected to the City SQL server. Has anyone done
anything like this before? Does it work? thanks
