Health Monitor SMTP Settings

Trying to get SMTP service configured so I can get Project Server
Health Monitor emails. I have SMTP service running on the Project
Server computer. I can send emails from Pojrect Server and have SMTP
set up to relay all emails to mailhost.domain.com. However, Health
Monitor is not sending emails and disables the email capability on
startup.

Any ideas on this?
