Hebrew characters reverse direction

Here's my problem. I receive numerous Word documents in English from
numerous authors with Hebrew interspersed (a few words to a few paragraphs).

I email these documents to a proofreader for checking and correcting. He
then emails them back to me and I send them to a printer in order to publish
a book.

PROBLEM- Sometimes during the emailing of the document the Hebrew reverses
direction and comes out backwards.

Does anyone know why? Is there a fix?

The files seem to be going through many computers. Does any of those
computers not have the Hebrew IME activated? What versions of Word and
Windows are involved at every stage?
