Hebrew & Russian MUI and proofing

ppl, I'm thinking about purchasing MS Office for my Macbook but as besides English I use two other languages (Hebrew and Russian) I'm trying to understand if the Mac Office has the MUI and the proofing tools for these languages. Didnt find anything about it on the website. Please help me out with the information,

There appear to be no Russian or Hebrew proofing tools. (Mac Office does not
support right to left languages). Additionally, the UI is not changeable,
you will need to purchase (if they are available) a copy with the UI that
you want. If you want more than one UI, you will need to purchase more than
one copy of Office.

Anyway... Russian is "left to right" language.
