help _ presenter tools

Gabi

Hi there.

I have a MacBook with a Mac OS X Version 10.4.8, and I've installed
Microsoft Office for Mac. I'd like to use the presenter tools of the
PowerPoint, but I can't configure it.
I followed the steps that are on your website: clicked the blue apple
on the top of the screen, sistem preferences, display, and then...
there is no arranjement icon there. I need to configure the second
monitor, how can I do????

Thanks!!

If there's no arrangement icon, OS X is not recognizing that you have
two minotors hooked up. Make sure you have an extra monitor hooked up
to your macbook and see if you can toggle between them.

With both monitors connected, open System and then Display. If you
don't see the Arrangement tab, then both monitors aren't detected.
Click on Detect Displays and see if you get the second monitor. If not,
your external is not correctly connected. You probably have a short in
the white adapter between your external and the Mac.
