Hi
I'm a musician. I'd like to make 6 booklets of songs that I sing and
the key that I play them in for the guys in the band, and set them up
something like this:
Blue Christmas.....................................................A
Dream.................................................................F#m
White Christmas...................................................C
Show me the way to go home...............................C#
Don't laugh at the song selections. It's just an example of song
titles that are short, and some are long.
I probably have to type 300-400 song titles. I really don't want to
have to type in all of those dots individually, and it's a pain to
have to put in a line graphic of dots on every line.
In an older version of Word, there was a keystroke that would allow me
to put in the leading dots between the last letter of the song title,
and the first letter of the key.
Can anyone tell me how to do it in Word 2007?
I also tried to do it in Excel, but it's WAY to complicated for this
newbie.
Maybe there's a faster, easier way?
Thanks.
