help access violation 0x0206953a

windows NT 4.0
my outlook express no longer works. The application error
reads

access violation (0xc0000005) address:0x020695a

I would be very grateful for any help. Thanks.

I recommend that you post your message to a newgsroup that is deveoted to
Outlook Express. This newsgroup is for the database program "ACCESS".
