help! access, word, excel can't open or save documents

Bilal

Hi,

We have Office XP Pro installed, and a day or 2 ago, we
started getting problems where we'd try to open up an
access document, access would start up but the document
wouldn't show. I've tried opening and creating new
documents from within access, but it doesn't let me.
Sometimes I'll get a message saying the disk is full or
that there isn't enough memory, but I've checked my hard
drive and my memory in task manager and there's a lot
available.

I'm having similar problems with the other office apps
too. I've tried Word and Excel, and they only show blank
documents - won't open any or save anything I type in the
blank doc. These also give me similar error messages once
in a while. Word also gives a message about "Normal.dot"
being modified and asks if I would like to save the
changes.

I tried uninstalling Office XP Pro so I could reinstall,
but during uninstallation I get an error message saying:
Error 2203. An internal error has occurred.

) Contact Microsoft Product Support Services (PSS) for
assistance. For information about how to contact PSS, see
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\1033\PSS10R.CHM.

I would really appreciate any help with this problem.

TIA

Thank you! I am in the middle of finals and this popped up...I took it to my
computer guy $$, and he thought he fixed it, but didn't. I have to get some
papers done and right now, this fix the "Easy fix" seems to be working.
Thank you!
