Help! Adding additonal email address after the form is filled out

Using a 2003 InfoPath form:
Question 1: How can I allow the person filling out the form the ability
upon hitting the submit button to be able to add the email address to the CC
section of the email template. I know they can do it using the send email
attachment under file but I do not want the staff going there. I need them to
click on submit and add an additional email address which would be different
to everyone.

Question 2: Using 2003 InfoPath, this is located on a 2003 SharePoint site.
Once the form is filled out and the submit button is hit I have the form
being sent to an email address already, but I want to know if I can have a
copy of the form sent to a separate file folder location in a different area
of the SharePoint site that can not be seen by others.

Laura,

An easy solution to this is to add one or more fields to the form where the
user is prompted to enter the e-mail addresses they would like to be Cc'd
during form submission. You can then use the data connection wizard to pull
from those fields in to the Cc line of the e-mail data connection. I hope
