help again

Here I go again, needing some help, if anybody can help it would be
appreciated.
The problem
Column line A = 7:00AM
Column line B = 3:00PM
Column line C = the difference from b and a (3:00-7:00 = 8.00)
Column line D = needs to be column line C minus 1/2 for lunch, but if the
person works less than 5 hours then the answer should be 5; but if they work
more than 5 hours then the 1/2 hour for lunch should be taken out. (ex.
6-.5=5.5; 8-.5=7.5)
need clarification let me know.
