Help animating tables

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)

Can someone tell me how to animate each cell in a table separately? i was told to copy the table and "paste special" as a picture, then "ungroup" the cells. apparently that works in Windows, but i can't do it on the mac.

Wellll, it's not that you "can't do it on the mac", you just can't do it
with PPt 2008 You *can* do it with 2004 if you have access to it. If
not, I don't know of any workaround other than using separate shapes &
arranging them to "look" like a table.
