HELP: AssignmentsSave

Hi,

I already post a message about this subject, I repost because I'm really in
troubles with this and nobody helped me yet. I wrote a lot of code supposing
that, as documentation states, it is possible to build an external timesheet
management app. If I call the PDS command AssignmentsSave it does all it is
supposed to do BUT putting the updated assignment in the list of updates, so
that project manager could accept it. It even sends the notification email,
but if project manager opens the link in the email the page says that there
are no updates pending. More, if I look at the reply XML when I call
AssignmentsSave, I get an error code 9529, which is UNDOCUMENTED but falls
in the range of "Exception errors". It is quite clear this is a bug! Someone
has infos about it? Are there fixes available? Workarounds? I need infos, if
I don't find a solution my last 3 weeks of work are garbage... (((
