Help, Ayuda, Aide....Word Crashing

Word from Office XP 2002
as Outlook when I use Word as editor
as Publisher

i tried the

Microsoft Outlook crashes also when i tried to type a new
message

it occur me after installing Works suite and uninstalling
it

I reinstalled Office XP but no way

anybody can help me?

If you installed Works Suite, make sure that you uninstalled the Works Suite
Add-in (from Control Panel, Add/Remove programs), as it is a separate
uninstall item. Try renaming mail.dot as mail.bad and test again.
