Help building team with RBS

How can I develop an RBS so that a managers can build a team that includes
themselves? It appears as though the manager can only see their reports and
not others at the same level. Am I missing a flag in one of the category
setting?

I would have thought that “My Organization†would allow users to see others
at the same RBDS level. We have project/resource managers at the 1.1 level
that need to see others at the 1.1 and everyone below.

If a manager cannot see themself, then how do they get assigned to a project?

I think you must have deselected an option somewhere, because the PM can
always see him/herself when using RBS to control security. However, do know
that the PM cannot see other PM's at the same level of the RBS. This is a
limitation of the use of RBS to control access to resources. Refer to the
