Help button missing from main toolbar.

I read somewhere that for any Office application, Help can be opened from the Help button on the main toolbar. However I only see it on the main toolbars for Word, Excel and PowerPoint; it is missing from Entourage. I don't see an option to set it. It is only available from the "Entourage File Edit View Message Format Tools Window Help" bar. I looked through this forum and didn't see any queries about this. Curious as to why it is missing from the Entourage application.

As you have noticed quite correctly, the Help button is only available in
Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Entourage does not have this button, and you
cannot add it to the toolbar, either. In Entourage, you can use the menu bar
or press Cmd+? to bring up the Help function. Depending on what Mac you are
using, you may also have a Help key on your keyboard.
