When trying to Use the "Help" button in any of the
Microsoft Office 2000 Products the button reacts
incorrectly - For example:
In Word I click on the Help Button on the Menu Bar.
Word responds with a subMenu popping up with "Microsoft
Word Help F1" as the first entry.
Clicking on that line results in the subMenu disappearing
and the hourglass appearing. The hourglass runs a few
seconds and go away. Help does not start. Subsequent
clicking on the Help button yeild the subMenu, but
clicking on the "Microsoft Word Help F1" entry justs makes
the subMenu disappear without the hourglass response.
If I close and reopen Word the hourglass works the first
time. This is true in Word, Excel, Access, and
Powerpoint. It is not true in Internet Explorer, Notepad,
or Paint.
Any suggestions?
